ISKA is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Russell Gomes and Mr. Ludwin Jacob as National Mat-Sport Directors for Trinidad and Tobago. Professor Russel Gomes is the founder and head instructor of Golden Eagle Martial Arts Academy. With over four decades of experience, he continues his commitment to the nurturing of athletes and to promoting martial arts as a means for personal development and life enrichment. Master Ludwin Jacob is the head of TMA Dojo, where he emphasizes the benefits of discipline and pursuit of integrity as the center piece for martial arts training. Together, and with the support of other local martial arts “giants” they have formed the now ISKA Sanctioned, T&T Sport Martial Arts Championship League. The league’s mission statement is to serve to enhance opportunities for the countries’ wonderful martial arts athletes, and to provide international recognition and exposure for the very rich, Trinidad and Tobago Martial Arts community.
