From the golden era of kickboxing that once ruled Montreal to today’s global stage, the sport is making a strong comeback in Canada—thanks to the athletes competing under the ISKA Canada banner.
Every punch, kick and ounce of determination these athletes bring to the ring is helping build a new era for Canadian combat sports. They are creating a legacy that can inspire future generations.
To every fighter who gives their all at ISKA-sanctioned events in Canada: you are driving this sport’s resurgence. Your dedication, skill and passion are bringing kickboxing back to the prominence it deserves.
Special thanks to Cory Schafer, Mike Sawyer, ISKA Canada commissioner Michel Lalonde and Albertho Mercédat for their support in building ISKA Canada.
Let’s keep growing, inspiring and thriving together. Long live kickboxing in Canada!
